General Motors (NYSE:GM) introduced a plan to take a position $918M in main manufacturing updates on Friday.
The sum might be divided between investments in 4 separate amenities. According to the automaker, the majority of the funding might be directed towards a sixth technology Small Block V-8 engine in Flint and Bay City, Michigan. GM stated that $579M and $216M are due for funding within the Flint and Bay City crops, respectively. Facilities in Rochester, New York and Defiance, Ohio may even see $47M and $12M investments, respectively, to assist the manufacture of new engines.
